The Event Planning Sheet is provided to support thoughtful, well-organized event preparation.
Ministry leaders and staff are asked to use this resource when planning events. The goal is to:
Stay organized and on track
Anticipate needs and deadlines
Reduce last-minute planning and changes
Using this tool helps ensure smoother coordination and more effective execution across ministries.
Event Submission Form
Once event details are finalized, all events must be submitted using the following Event Submission Form.
Submission Timeline
Full event details must be submitted at least 12 weeks prior to the event date
This timeline allows for a 6–8 week marketing window and ensures consistency across all platforms (website, social media, announcements, etc.)
Late or incomplete submissions can delay marketing efforts and require additional follow-up, which impacts overall visibility and communication.

We understand that some events rely on information from outside organizations, which may make meeting the deadline challenging.
