Co-Ed Golf Tournament
Join us for a day of golf at Chicopee Woods Golf Course! Tee-time will begin at 2:00 p.m., please plan on arriving 30-45 minutes early if you want to practice. We want to create foursomes to play and we have access to three 9-hole courses, the School, the Village, and the Mill. We will play two of the three to complete 18 holes. Awards will be given. Golf scholarships are available. See Ken Farris for more information.

Community Impact Week & Homecoming
This year, instead of hosting our traditional Fall Festival, HMCC is taking the love of Christ beyond the walls of our church. During Community Impact Week, our church family will serve throughout our community by meeting needs, building relationships, and sharing Christ's love through simple acts of service. Whether serving with one of our ministry-led projects or looking for opportunities to bless someone in your everyday life, everyone can be part of making an impact. Then, on Homecoming Sunday, September 27, we'll come together to celebrate what God has done through Community Impact Week and to thank Him for His faithfulness throughout more than 20 years of ministry in our community. Join us as we love people into Christ-likeness, one act of kindness at a time.

Kid's Ministry - Washington Farms
Join HMCC Kids for a fun-filled family day at Washington Farms on Saturday, October 10 at 12:00 PM! 🍂🎃
We would love for our Children’s Ministry families to spend the afternoon together enjoying fall fun, making memories, and building relationships outside of our regular Sunday and Wednesday activities.
Please note: The church is covering the cost for the children only! Adults will need to pay for their own admission.

Middle School Deeper Life
Our Student Ministry is excited for Middle School Deeper Life coming up September 11-13. This weekend, we'll be teaching students to make a "real life." We'll define and lay out the practical foundations of faith in Christ. Being in middle school is confusing enough already, but it's made even more confusing by the state of the world around us... By putting our trust in Jesus and living life the way He instructs, we find a life that not only makes sense of the confusion, but one that is better for us, for others, and for the world itself.

Outreach Event - Adventure Bags
Volunteers from HMCC will be partnering with Adventure Bags to prepare care bags for children facing difficult circumstances. Although sign-ups are already full, every member of our church can be part of it through prayer.
Please pray for our volunteers, for the families who will be impacted, and that God will use these simple gifts to share His love and bring encouragement to those who need it most.
Children's Ministry-HMCC in the Park
Join us for a fun afternoon of connecting with families in our community! This is a great opportunity to build relationships, show the love of Christ, and personally invite families to experience HMCC. We'll have iced coffee for adults, crafts, bubbles, games, and fun activities for the kids.

Mission Sunday
Mission Sunday - Aug. 16 9:30am hour
Join us as we celebrate what God is doing through missions both locally and around the world. Hear from our local and international mission partners as they share how God is at work through their ministries. You'll also hear firsthand from our team that recently returned from a mission trip to Shillong, India, as they share stories of God's faithfulness and the impact of the trip.

Churchwide Bingo
The 50+ Adults Group is hosting a church-wide Bingo night, and everyone’s invited!
This event will take place on Wednesday, July 15th at 6:00 p.m. in the sanctuary.
It’s going to be a fun, relaxed evening with plenty of laughs and connection. Come hang out, play a few rounds, and enjoy some time together as a church family — we’d love to see you there!

Pray For Our India Outreach Team
Our outreach team is preparing for a trip to India where they will be serving through leadership training at a seminary, hosting VBS for over 170 children, and helping with construction on a new church chapel.
We are asking our church family to partner with us in prayer as they prepare to share the love of Christ and encourage local ministries.
We would be so grateful for your prayers while the team is traveling!

Women's Paint On Canvas Event
Join the Women’s Ministry for a fun and creative morning of fellowship!
Our very own HMCC artist, Tricia Gallagher, will lead a canvas painting class at the church where everyone will leave with their own finished painting. Light snacks and coffee will be provided as we enjoy time together and connect with other women of HMCC.

HMCC End Of Year Showcase
From Bible knowledge and memory verses to prayer, and spiritual growth, this service will highlight the incredible work God has been doing in the children’s hearts. It is a chance for our church family to encourage the next generation, see the fruit of faithful teaching, and be reminded why investing in children matters so deeply.
Whether you are a parent, grandparent, volunteer, or church member, your presence shows our children that they are valued, supported, and loved. We hope you will join us as we celebrate all that God has done this year.
50+ Pigtails Event
Join us for a time of lunch and fellowship with our 50+ group. We will meet at Pig Tales on Lake Lanier for a relaxed afternoon together enjoying good food and meaningful conversation. This gathering is a simple opportunity to connect with one another, build relationships, and enjoy time together outside of our regular church activities. All are welcome to attend.
Baby Dedication
Baby Dedication is a special moment where parents publicly commit before God and the church to raise their child in a Christ-centered home. Families will be invited forward for a brief introduction, encouragement from the pastor, and prayer over each child. This is a meaningful time to celebrate your child and dedicate them to the Lord alongside your church family. Dedication is open to Newborns - 23 months. HMCC Kids Trip To Washington Farms
This will be an opportunity for our kids and families to enjoy God’s beautiful creation while spending intentional time together. There are many fun activities available for us to enjoy, including: Giant jumping pillow, Cow train rides Barnyard animal encounters and outdoor games. This is a great way for our children to build friendships, and create lasting memories with their church family. We look forward to laughing, exploring, and experiencing this fun day together.
Men's Leadership Development Breakfast
This will be our second Men’s Leadership Development breakfast. We invite you to join us for great teaching and engaging discussion.
This roundtable provides biblical and practical leadership training using The 21 Most Important Minutes in a Leader’s Day by John Maxwell, along with Bible-based principles.
This session will concentrate on difficult conversations and conflict resolution, as these are topics that every leader must address.
Participants will engage in break-out sessions to work through several hypothetical scenarios.

Need a night to relax, run errands, or enjoy a date? Parents Night Out is a fun, safe evening for kids filled with food, games, and a movie in a loving, Christ-centered environment while parents enjoy a well-deserved break. Our trained volunteers will make sure your children are cared for, engaged, and having an absolute blast, all while you take some time to recharge.

Easter Prayer Vigil
There is no better way to prepare your heart for Easter than through prayer. Our 24-Hour Easter Prayer Vigil invites you to walk through the most powerful week in history, from Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem to the victory of His resurrection. Four interactive prayer stations will guide you through Holy Week, helping you reflect and reconnect with the meaning of the cross and the empty tomb. Whether you participate at home or in person at the church, this sacred time will help you slow down, refocus your heart, and enter Easter Sunday with deeper gratitude, renewed faith, and joy. A sign-up poster will be available to reserve your time slot as it gets closer.
International Friend Day
Inspired by Acts 2, this special Sunday highlights how people from every culture are united in Christ.
Immediately following the 10:30am worship service, enjoy the International Banquet Table at 11:45am, featuring American favorites and sampler foods from several countries, including one mystery country! (Banquet entrance is by invitation card received during the worship service.) Guests will also see a video highlighting how HMCC serves and blesses our community.
Families are invited to International Children’s Day, featuring the Mobile Zoo Atlanta from 10:45–11:45am.
