Joel Shannon

Joel, and his wife Lynn, have attended Hamilton Mill Christian Church since 2001 when the church was meeting at Freeman Mill Elementary School. He has been an Elder since January of 2020.

He says picking his favorite Bible verse is like picking a favorite child. He loves them all, but one of his favorites is Psalm 37:4 because everything will line up when you desire the Lord.

When asked what he would want someone to know about HMCC, he replied “That we are a church that loves Jesus and loves each other.” One thing he would want the church to know about him is that he loves the Lord, his family, playing drums, and Amateur Radio.
